WooHoo!!!! I'm doing a happy dance for you. Keep up the hard work. I am on the small plate diet. I eat all my meals on small plates and I eat slowly. Exercise is like torture to me. I mostly walk the dog. but I have lost 35 lbs. since moving down here.
